Simple but groundbreaking sensors! – A few examples where Physics solves real-life challenges.

The Science Department  conducted a Physics webinar on 12th August 2022 for classes X, XI, and XII. The webinar was led by the esteemed Dr Dhanesh Rajan, MSc (Physics), M.Tech & Ph D (Biomedical Engineering, Finland). He is the Project Manager & Research Fellow, working on multiple EU projects between the UK, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, and Brazil. His field of research is to develop cutting-edge devices and measurement systems to solve challenging problems in the Biomedical, Fiber, and Optical domains.

The webinar topic was, Simple but groundbreaking sensors! -A few examples where Physics solves real-life challenges.

It was an amazing and informative session for the students. The students could collect information regarding the new equipment or techniques used in the bio medicinal field using optics. The webinar paved the way for our students to know the applications of optics in daily life.
