The Department of Mathematics organized a webinar on the topic, Statistics : Scope & Opportunities for classes X – XII. The resource person Ms. Mary Andrews, (Assistant Professor, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam) shared the important concepts of Statistics relating it with real life examples. Different statistical methods and its applications were also discussed in the session. The webinar provided important insights into the various career opportunities and courses for higher studies in the field of Statistics.
